SMTP Outbound ports : 25, 465 and 587 are blocked by default on all VPS to prevent spamming.
You can contact us to request unblocking. We will ask you information about the kind of email you want to send, the volume of email you plan to send as well as some technical questions. This is to protect the reputation of our IPs by ensuring they are not used to spam.
Unblocking decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
